Remy Desbenoit passed away from illness at the age of 53. Instructor at AAVA in the early 2000s, when Tom Lacour was chief pilot, until his appointment as salaried instructor for the southern regional committee, and then the creation of his own microlight instruction company in Aspres, Remy left an indelible mark on the aeronautical world.
