AAVA rates and charges 2025
The handisport commission is interested in all forms of adapted glider flying, including the best-known, hand-piloted glider.
AAVA offers to welcome handicapped pilots, and is helping to launch this sport within its association.
AAVA's aim is to promote gliding among the PRM population.
At present, there is a growing awareness of the need for handicapped pilots to take part in all forms of gliding. To date, there are licensed glider pilots with reduced mobility, and some experience with hearing- and visually-impaired pilots.
AAVA has already trained two abinitio pilots, and two campaign training courses.
