As part of GIVAV's regional training/deployment meetings, a seminar led by Rodolphe Lerouge and Philippe Girardot was held at our premises on Saturday 13 January 2018.

As announced at its last AGM, GIVAV is offering a series of training and presentation days designed to assist clubs in deploying the tools made available to them by the various modules of the Smart'Glide application.

The aim of these training sessions is to show the productivity that can be expected from proper use of the modules on offer, the time savings potentially generated for volunteers involved in the administration of their association as well as full access by members via Smart'Glide mobile to all the information that is useful to them as part of their activities in their clubs.

The training session therefore focused on the possibilities offered by the integrated application:

• Planning
• Machine distribution
• Automatic integration of flight maps
• Smart'Glide mobile
• Optional CB and VI modules

Several clubs from the region were represented (Avignon, Barcelonnette, Sisteron and Vinon) and were able to deepen their knowledge of the tool while discovering its new features.

The day, broken up by a small snack organised by Claude Bourasseau, was dense and very studious.
